1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, downloading, or using Titan Realms (the “Game”), you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not access or use the Game.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Game. If you are under the age of majority in your region, you represent that your parent or legal guardian has reviewed and agreed to these Terms.

3. Account Registration & Security

To access certain features, you may need to create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials
• Accept responsibility for all activity under your account
• Notify us immediately of suspected unauthorized access or security breaches

4. Player Conduct

To protect the realm and its players, you agree not to:

• Use cheats, hacks, bots, automation, or unauthorized third-party software
• Exploit bugs, glitches, or design loopholes to gain unfair advantage
• Harass, threaten, or abuse others, including hate speech or discriminatory content
• Impersonate another player, moderator, staff member, or organization
• Attempt to disrupt servers, matchmaking, chat, or other services
• Buy, sell, trade, or transfer accounts or in-game items for real-world value where prohibited by law or policy

5. Enforcement

We may investigate and take action against violations of these Terms, including removing content, issuing warnings, restricting features, suspending accounts, or terminating access—at our discretion and as permitted by law.

6. Virtual Items & Currency

Virtual items, currency, and entitlements in Titan Realms are licensed—not sold. They have no real-world value and are not property. Purchases are final and non-refundable except where required by applicable law.

We may modify, rebalance, suspend, or remove virtual items, currency, features, or entitlements, including as part of updates, live operations, or to maintain game integrity.

7. Updates & Availability

The Game may change over time. We may provide updates, patches, and new features, or discontinue services or content. Online features may require an internet connection and may not be available indefinitely.

8. Intellectual Property

The Game and all related content (including code, artwork, logos, designs, and mechanics) are owned by Titan Realms and/or its licensors, and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, distribute, reverse engineer, or create derivative works except where permitted by applicable law.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Game is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Titan Realms will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, or goodwill arising from or related to your use of the Game.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or if we are required to do so for safety, security, or legal reasons. You may stop using the Game at any time. Where available, account deletion may be requested through account settings or support.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we may provide notice in-game or on our site. Your continued use of the Game after changes become effective means you accept the updated Terms.
