End User License Agreement (EULA)

1. License Grant

Subject to your compliance with this EULA, Titan Realms Team grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Game for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.

2. License Restrictions

You may not:

  • Modify, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or create derivative works of the Game
  • Use the Game for commercial purposes without written authorization
  • Remove, alter, or obscure any copyright or proprietary notices
  • Distribute, sell, rent, lease, lend, sublicense, or transfer the Game or access to it
  • Use the Game to develop or support competing products or services
  • Circumvent or disable any technical protections or security measures

3. Ownership

The Game and all related intellectual property rights remain the exclusive property of Titan Realms Team. This EULA does not grant you any ownership rights in or to the Game.

4. User-Generated Content

By submitting content to the Game (such as usernames, alliance names, and chat messages), you grant Titan Realms Team a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, display, and distribute such content in connection with operating and promoting the Game.

5. Termination

This license is effective until terminated. Your rights under this license will terminate automatically if you fail to comply with any term of this EULA. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Game.

6. Disclaimer of Warranty

THE GAME IS PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

7. Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL TITAN REALMS TEAM BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE GAME.

8. Governing Law

This EULA shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Titan Realms Team is established.
